General

These terms apply to event registrations and ticket purchases through Saintfield Christmas Charity Ride Charitable Trust. By completing registration you agree to these terms.

Event entries

• Entry fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled by the Trust.
• Participants must follow event organisers’ instructions and take part at their own risk.
• The Trust reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety or conduct reasons.
• Ticket types and prices are as displayed at the time of purchase.

E-tickets

Confirmation and e-tickets are sent to the contact email provided. Please check your details carefully before payment.

Photography

Events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Contact us before the event if you wish to opt out.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trust is not liable for loss or injury arising from participation in events, except where caused by our negligence.
